Graduating Student Exit Survey

One of the steps leading to graduation is completion of the Graduating Student Exit Survey. The purpose of the form is to collect information that will help Norfolk State University determine the extent to which its programs and services are effective in meeting the needs of students.

The survey should take you no more than 15 minutes to complete. Your responses will be kept confidential. Please follow the directions provided with each set of questions.

Before starting this survey, please make sure your computer has access to a printer. At the end of this survey, all users will be required to print the confirmation page.

You will need to take the confirmation page to the Harrison B. Wilson Hall, Office of University Advancement, Suite 410 on March 30, 2012 through April 27, 2012 between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. when picking up your Graduation Announcements and Ceremony Tickets. You will also need to present your photo student ID.
