Graduating Student Exit Survey

One of the steps leading to graduation is completion of the Graduating Student Exit Survey. The purpose of the form is to collect information that will help Norfolk State University determine the extent to which its programs and services are effective in meeting the needs of students.

Beginning October 15, all graduates will receive an e-mail invitation at their NSU account to complete the GSES. These e-mails will be sent each weekday until the survey is successfully completed and submitted.

In order to be properly credited for the survey, participants must click on the “url” in the invitation e-mail to access the survey. Do not paste the link and copy it to a browser. If you do not see the survey invitation in your inbox, please check your junk mail folder.

The survey should take you no more than 15 minutes to complete. Your responses will be kept confidential. Please follow the directions provided with each set of questions.

Before starting this survey, please make sure your computer has access to a printer. At the end of this survey, all users will be required to print the confirmation page.


You will need to take the confirmation page to the Harrison B. Wilson Hall, Office of University Advancement, Suite 410 on October 22, 2012 through November 20, 2012 and November 26 – 30, 2012 between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. when picking up your Graduation Announcements and Ceremony Tickets. You will also need to present your photo student ID. (Closed on November 22 and 23)
